The Fairtex Original HB13 punching bag is ideal for Muay Thai training and kickboxing but is also appreciated by many boxers.
The top has a diameter of 50cm and is made for punching and elbow work.
The transition from the top part to the bottom is for uppercut training due to the sloping edge.
This bag is designed to optimize the punch/punch/kick experience.
Attaching the bag to the bottom is possible so there is not much swing when maximum force is used.
The material is skintex, so you can also use the bag outside.
No chains are needed because the straps are extended to the attachment point.
A swivel is necessary.
We fill the bag in the Netherlands, so it weighs approximately 60-80 kg and feels optimal during training.
