Place an order
• To place an order, press "Checkout". You can then follow the instructions and your order will be processed automatically.
- It is possible to log in with your Facebook Account, enter an address in your delivery details and your order can be delivered.
- It is also possible to place an order without creating an account, choose this option as soon as you start paying.
Do you have a discount code or are you in a customer group with a discount? Please do not forget to log in and do not opt for a one-time purchase.
Discount codes and separate promotions can be used in combination unless this is explicitly prohibited.
Packages are mainly sent with PostNL. Large orders are delivered by appointment.
BULK ORDER
It is possible to order multiple products, also for professional use. We consider an order above 10 pieces as a bulk order.
How do we process BULK ORDERS?

What are the possibilities -
• We view orders of 10 products as a down payment for possible larger orders
• Every order is followed up due to: possible personalization of the products with your own logo or other means of identification. It is also possible to market your own brand with our assistance.
Order time-
• Bulk orders are based on imports from other countries
• Small bulk orders have a delivery time between 8 and 16 weeks depending on where the product is produced.
• Orders above 50 products can be processed expeditiously upon request with a delivery time between 8 and 12 weeks
• Rush orders arrive by courier and can take up to 8 weeks. An additional fee applies for emergencies, which mainly concerns transport and handling, not the costs of the product.
When completing your order, you can choose the following options for shipping or collecting your order:
1. Free shipping on orders over €50 (less than 30kg, within the Netherlands).
2. Collection of order (collection at Spui 214E, The Hague), no extra costs.
Standard tariff
We charge €7.75 per package for shipping.
For packages or products larger and heavier than the permitted shipping requirements, there is the option of own or external delivery at additional costs.
Examples are – punching bags and sports mats. These fall outside the standard deliveries in size and/or weight.
Returns
Are you not satisfied with your product or is there something wrong with a product you have received?
Then you are within your right to return the product, but the following conditions apply:
1. After receiving the product, the consumer has a cooling-off period of 21 days with us to cancel the agreement without giving reasons and return the product. The date of receipt of the package is the counting period of the maximum number of days.
A. For example: You received your package on April 1, the size is incorrect and you want to return the package. You print out your label and deliver the package on April 20. We will receive your package on April 21. You then comply with the scheme as we have received your return package within 21 days.
2. In the event of cancellation, the provider will refund the remaining amount to your account within 30 days after the date of receipt of the return shipment. If you send the package after 21 days, you must contact us to make arrangements with us.
3. To return your package within the 21-day period, the personal contribution to the costs is € 2.50. In the case of a return package that does not comply with this, the amount will be deducted from the refund amount or an additional payment will be made by the buyer.
The consumer can only actually exercise his right of withdrawal within 21 days if the goods in question are returned complete, undamaged and in the original packaging.
4. Withdrawal is also possible if the goods are incomplete and/or damaged, but in that case the provider must be reasonably compensated for the damage and/or incompleteness. After the cooling-off period and in the event of a proven defect or incorrectly delivered product, the consumer must first give the supplier a reasonable opportunity to deliver the correct product.
How can I return my package?
ALWAYS include a copy of your order confirmation with your return! If we do not receive this, we do not know who the package belongs to and we cannot help you further. Have you not received an email? Please contact arnaud @ forceone. shop o.v.v. "Returns" and your full order number and name.
PLEASE NOTE - Bulk order products will never be returned.
