Escrima stick

Escrima has its origins in the Philippines. Part of the sport is the use of different sticks. These sticks are usually made of Manou, bamboo without clubs.

The advantage of manou is that it does not splinter, so you can easily slide over the stick without hurting your hands. Due to natural circumstances, the sticks vary between 60 - 80 cm in length and different thicknesses.

A stick should fit well in your hand and have a vital emotional component, especially for advanced users.
